We will make sure your venue is set-up according to the layout. We will make sure grandma has a comfortable seat and grandpa doesn't lose his boutonniere after we put it on.
We will make sure your mom gets the best seat in the house and your dad has a quiet moment with you prior to walking you down the aisle.
We will make sure your guests eat great food, dance a little more than they thought they would, & leave thinking that was the best wedding they've ever been to.
And we will do everything we can do to make sure you and your partner have the wedding you've always dreamed of with the friends and family who are most important to you.

Once Beautiful Day is on board, my hope is that you can take a deep breath an actually enjoy this process, you only get to do it once!
We begin by outlining what we will do together and when we will do it and work together to make sure you have the best vendors for your venue and vision. Beautiful Day will be there to answer all your questions about vendors, decor, layouts, timelines, & all the other little details that go into creating your dream wedding. We will meet at ideal times during the planning process and tour your venue twice to ensure all your plans can come to fruition.
Once all of the proverbial ducks have been put in a row; Beautiful Day will ensure your vendors arrive on time and follow the timeline.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Frequently Asked questions:

There are a few key differences between my services and what is typically offered by a full service wedding planner. A large chunk of a planner's responsibilities happen prior to the wedding. Responsibilities like, securing your vendors and scheduling and attending all appointments, while managing your budget and keeping a calendar of vendor payments.
With a wedding coordinator on the other hand, you would book and schedule appointments with your vendors and be responsible for their payment schedule.
While a wedding planner will be more hands-on in conceptualizing the wedding's design concept, I will take more of a behind-the-scenes role in this. Offering guidance and advice on floral design, linens and stationary selection, and rental item placement.

IV. If our venue has a venue coordinator, do we still need your services?

II. Are you a good fit for an out-of-state couple planning their wedding in the Charlotte area?

I. What is the main difference between Beautiful Day & a full service wedding planner?

V. What is the average budget of the couples you work with?

Yes, I would say I'm a very good fit!
In fact, I have multiple couples this year that live out-of-state but have decided to have their wedding in the Charlotte area.
Although we do have multiple consultations throughout the planning process, we have the ability to be flexible with the dates we do those consultations. For instance, if you are coming into town a month prior to your wedding, we can always do the timeline consultation and the final walk-through at the same time.
If you simply cannot come to the area for a consultation, we can always do that consultation over the phone via Facetime or Zoom.

Next Question

Absolutely!
I am happy to attend any and all appointments where you feel I could be of use.
Some couples find it helpful for me to attend their catering or florist appointments where I can help with selecting things like linens or centerpieces.
If I do attend an appointment with you that is outside of our contracted consultations, I would simply charge you my hourly rate and send you an invoice after our  appointment.

Next Question

Oh yes!
A venue coordinator's primary focus is ensuring anything to do with the venue runs smoothly. This might include venue set up, such as reception tables or ceremony chairs, or managing the venue's staff. What they typically do not do, is assist in the overall planning and execution of your wedding. Tasks such as communicating with your vendors prior to the wedding and coordinating the ceremony or ensure the timeline is followed at the reception, would typically not be responsibilities of a venue coordinator but would all be examples of what you can expect from a planner or wedding coordinator.
Your planner or coordinator will work hand in hand with your venue coordinator to make sure your wedding runs as smoothly as possible.

Next Question

It honestly varies!
I currently have couples with budgets around $25,000 and couples with budgets over $100,000. My services are not determined or impacted by your overall budget, but I am always happy to help my couples find ways to stay within their budgets.
This is a great reason to book me early in the planning process! I can help figure out ways to cut costs, where you could spend a little extra to make the biggest impact, and what vendors to select to stay within your budget.
Beautiful weddings happen within every budget! With the right planning, you can have the wedding of your dreams no matter the size of your budget.
